A Frictionless Payment Experience for Secure Files

Superfile lets users share files that are secure, traceable, and revocable think Dropbox meets digital rights management. I designed the end-to-end Pay-to-Unlock experience, making it easy to sell access to a file while upholding Superfile’s core mantra: unhackable, trackable, takebackable. This meant balancing Stripe integration, encrypted file flows, and user clarity in both desktop and web environments — all under fast-moving startup conditions.

Turning Complexity into Confidence: Redesigning How Fraud Teams Fight Back

At Synctera, I redesigned how fraud analysts handle cases inside a fast-growing Banking-as-a-Service platform. The original system was cluttered, slow, and overloaded analysts with irrelevant data I streamlined it into a focused, clear experience that helped reduce errors and speed up decision-making. This project taught me how to design for clarity under pressure, and how internal tools can make or break a product’s real-world performance.

Buying a Home, Minus the Friction: Building Doorvest’s Marketplace

Doorvest helps people buy investment homes online but until recently, much of that journey happened over email. I led the transition to a digital marketplace, creating a smoother path from signup to “Reserve this home.” By simplifying the experience and introducing personalized recommendations, we boosted engagement, reduced support requests, and helped more people buy homes with confidence.

Booking Ball Games in a Tap: My End-toEnd UX Passion Project

This is the Header

I built this app to solve a real pain point booking a basketball game with IndoorHoops required way too many steps. This project was my first full-cycle UX build, where I learned how to research, design, prototype, and test a mobile product from scratch. It also taught me how to think like both a designer and a developer, balancing ideas with implementation.
